DAY RETREAT // Tea Medicine and Nature Immersion led by All Matters of Spirit and Wild Alchemy

Come and celebrate the end of Summer as we transition into the Autumn Season. Learn the way of tea with Baelyn Elspeth and the wisdom of the land with Fleur Heaton.

Includes:
Tea ceremony and learning the basics of tea medicine and ceremony with Baelyn
A Nature walk on the land and plant identification and Sound Healing
Preparing a simple Rongoa Summer Infusion and Smudge Stick (smoke medicine)
Tikanga Maori in relation to understanding and respecting the land (correct protocol for Rongoa).
Autumn Wellness - what you can do for your body at this time of year as we come into Autumn from a holistic naturopathic perspective. 
Learning the elements and how this relates to our bodies. 
How we relate this back to the environment and the environment within ourselves. 

Tickets are limited. Ticket price includes vegetarian lunch feast on the land and Om Kombucha.
